This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which PlotID (the “Portal”) will provide refunds for its services.
Services Covered:
This policy applies to all paid listing packages and services offered by the Portal, including:
- Featured Listings
- Premium Listings
- Agent Subscriptions
- Data Packages
- Any other paid services offered on the Portal
General Refund Policy:
We strive to provide our users with valuable services that help them achieve their real estate goals. However, we understand that situations may arise where a refund may be necessary.
Full Refunds:
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using a paid service you purchased, we will provide a full refund within 45 days of your purchase.
- Accidental Purchase: If you accidentally purchase a service, you may be eligible for a full refund within [Number] hours of your purchase, provided the service has not been activated.
- Misrepresentation: If the Portal misrepresents a service in its description, you may be eligible for a full refund within 45 days of your purchase.
Partial Refunds:
- Early Cancellation: If you cancel a paid listing or subscription before the end of its term, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the remaining duration of the service. A cancellation fee of 25% may apply.
Non-Refundable Services:
- Lead Packages:Â Refunds will not be granted for leads generated through the Portal.
- Services Rendered: Refunds will not be granted for services already rendered, such as agent consultations or data downloads.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please contact our Support Team at hello@plotid.in or by phone at 9544414475. Please state the reason for your refund request and include your order number or other relevant details.
Processing Time:
We will review your refund request within 7 business days and notify you of our decision. If your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 45 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
We Reserve the Right to Refuse Refunds:
The Portal reserves the right to refuse a refund request if we believe you have violated our Terms of Service or if the request is fraudulent.
Changes to this Refund Policy:
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. The revised policy will be posted on the Portal website. Your continued use of the Portal following the posting of the revised Refund Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
